1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TradeMirror website, application, APIs, alerts, and MT5 trade-copying features (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Risk Disclosure.
If you use the Service for a business or other legal person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and be permitted to use the Service where you live or operate. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
Your TradeMirror account is personal to you unless we approve a business account arrangement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining access to your verified email address.
3. What the Service does
TradeMirror provides software for connecting supported MetaTrader 5 accounts, selecting one source account and follower accounts, applying configured sizing rules, and sending copy instructions for trade opens, closes, and stop-loss or take-profit changes.
Features such as execution history, reconciliation, risk controls, and operational alerts assist with monitoring. They do not remove your responsibility to supervise every connected account and confirm actual broker execution.
4. No signals, advice, or regulatory shortcut
TradeMirror does not choose trades, provide trading signals, recommend investments, assess suitability, or promise returns. The Service is software infrastructure; that description does not determine how a regulator may classify a particular activity or business model.
Copy trading, mirror trading, operating accounts for another person, furnishing signals, or arranging financial transactions may be regulated in your jurisdiction. You must obtain independent legal advice and every authorisation, licence, mandate, or disclosure required before using the Service for anyone else. These Terms do not authorise you to provide regulated financial services.
6. Your configurations and monitoring duties
You decide which accounts participate, which account is the source, which accounts follow, the sizing method and value, filters, risk controls, and when a strategy starts or stops. Review these settings before activation and after any broker, credential, account, or strategy change.
You must monitor follower accounts directly as well as TradeMirror. If an execution is failed, delayed, unconfirmed, different from the source, or no longer intended, you are responsible for deciding and taking any manual broker action. Never assume that an email, dashboard status, or aggregate success count proves a particular position is open, protected, modified, or closed.
7. Execution, market, and technology risk
Follower results may differ because of price movement, spreads, slippage, liquidity, broker symbol names, minimum or maximum lot sizes, margin, leverage, trading sessions, account type, rejection, requotes, latency, network conditions, or platform outages. Identical prices, timing, fills, profit, or loss are not guaranteed.
A source may close before a follower close completes. A broker or MT5 API may return an ambiguous response. Reconciliation and retries reduce some operational risks but cannot eliminate them, and manual intervention may be required. Read the Risk Disclosure before activating a strategy.
8. Brokers and third-party services
The Service depends on brokers, MetaTrader 5, hosting, networks, email providers, and other third-party systems that TradeMirror does not control. Their rules, fees, availability, security, and execution are separate from these Terms.
References to MetaTrader or third-party products describe compatibility only and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. We may suspend an integration that is unsafe, unavailable, unsupported, or inconsistent with a provider’s requirements.
9. MT5 credentials and security
You authorise TradeMirror to use the MT5 credentials you submit only as needed to test, establish, maintain, and operate the copy route you configure. Use a trading or investor credential appropriate to the required function where your broker supports it, and change compromised credentials immediately.
We apply technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure or continuously available. You must not share API keys, access tokens, passwords, or security codes through support messages unless an approved secure flow specifically requests them.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service unlawfully; interfere with its security or availability; probe or bypass access controls; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the Service; reverse engineer protected components except where law permits; misrepresent affiliation with TradeMirror; or use the Service to manipulate markets, defraud another person, evade sanctions, or breach broker rules.
You must not resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide the Service to third parties unless a separate written agreement permits it. We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary or legally required.
11. Plans, fees, and taxes
The capacity and features of each plan are described in the application or at purchase. We may change future plan features or prices with reasonable notice. A change does not create a right to features that were never included in your plan.
If paid services are introduced or selected, you are responsible for disclosed charges, applicable taxes, and third-party payment or network fees. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights available under applicable consumer law continue to apply.
12. Availability, maintenance, and changes
We aim to operate the Service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may perform maintenance, deploy security fixes, change integrations, impose reasonable limits, or discontinue unsafe or obsolete functionality.
Where practical, we will communicate material planned changes through the application or your verified email. Emergency security, legal, broker, or infrastructure changes may occur without advance notice.
13. Data and communications
We process account, connection, configuration, security, execution, and support information needed to provide and protect the Service. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to support@trademirror.io. We do not treat MT5 credentials as public information.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to collect cookie-free, aggregated page-view information such as visited pages, referrers, approximate location, and device or browser categories. One-time password-reset and email-verification token URLs are excluded from analytics.
You agree to receive transactional messages needed for account verification, security, service operation, and legally required notices. Optional operational alert categories may be changed in Settings, but essential security or contractual notices cannot always be disabled.
14. Intellectual property
TradeMirror and its licensors retain their rights in the Service, software, designs, documentation, trade names, and content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop strategies and stop using the Service at any time. Stopping or deleting a TradeMirror strategy does not itself guarantee that broker positions are closed; confirm positions directly with each broker first.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected unauthorised or unlawful use, material breach, non-payment, third-party integration failure, legal compliance, or protection of users and systems. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that copying will be uninterrupted, that every instruction will be received or executed, that alerts will always be delivered, or that use will produce any particular financial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No disclaimer changes the fact that leveraged and derivative trading can result in rapid, substantial, or total loss.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeMirror is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from market movement, broker execution, third-party failure, or your configuration or use of the Service.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including any responsibility imposed by applicable consumer law. You remain responsible for controlling trading exposure directly through your broker when the Service is unavailable or behaves unexpectedly.
18. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, claims, or costs arising from your unlawful use, unauthorised operation of third-party accounts, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights. This provision does not require you to compensate TradeMirror for its own unlawful conduct.
19. Complaints and applicable law
Please send complaints to support@trademirror.io with enough information for us to investigate. We will try to resolve a complaint fairly and within a reasonable time.
The mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you and to the operator of TradeMirror remain applicable. Until operator and jurisdiction details are formally published, these Terms do not select a governing law or exclusive court. Nothing prevents either party from approaching a court, regulator, ombud, or consumer body that has lawful jurisdiction.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, technical, or service changes. The page will show the current version and review date. If a change materially affects existing users, we will provide reasonable notice and may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term once is not a permanent waiver. You may not transfer your account or this agreement without consent; we may transfer the agreement as part of a lawful reorganisation or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable notice requirements.
21. Contact
